Product Introduction
This unit is suitable for various processes in industries such as plants, biopharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals, including atmospheric pressure, micro pressure, water frying, warm soaking, forced circulation, permeation, extraction and concentration of plant essential oil and aromatic oil components, and recovery and concentration of organic solvents. It is very suitable for trial production and use in laboratory development departments of universities, research institutes, enterprises and public institutions, as well as small and medium-sized pharmaceutical factories.
Main structure
a. Extraction and concentration separation, easy and flexible operation, precise polishing inside and outside the equipment, in compliance with GMP requirements.
b. The equipment mainly consists of an extraction tank, a defoamer, a horizontal condenser, a cooler, an oil-water separator, a liquid collection tank, a single effect external circulation concentrator, an electric control cabinet, and internal connecting pipelines.
c. The entire production process is carried out under closed conditions, and the extraction and concentration operation is completed in one go. The amount of solvent used is small, and the extraction and concentration time is short.
d. Mixing devices can be equipped according to customer needs, and heating methods can be electric heating or steam heating.
e. Adopting PLC touch screen control, it has a high degree of automation control, convenient operation, and accurate and reliable data collection;
operational principle
Put the material into the extraction tank and add 5-10 times the amount of solvent such as water. Turn on the heating system of the extraction tank, heat the extraction solution to boiling for 40-60 minutes, and then use vacuum to pump the extraction solution into the concentration tank. Turn off the heating system of the extraction tank, turn on the heating system of the concentration tank to maintain the concentration temperature at around 80 ℃, and maintain the vacuum degree at -0.05 to -0.08Mpa. The secondary steam generated during concentration passes through the condenser and cooler to become a condensate, which can be returned to the extraction tank as a new solvent to be added to the medicine. The new solvent passes through the medicinal layer to the bottom of the extraction tank from top to bottom, and the soluble components in the medicinal material dissolve in the solvent in the extraction tank, The extract is pumped into the concentration tank through the Vacuum ejector, and the secondary steam generated by concentration is sent to the extraction tank as a new solvent to form a new solvent for reflux extraction, until the Active ingredient is dissolved (the extract is colorless), and the concentration continues until it is concentrated into the required specific gravity ointment. The colorless liquid in the extraction tank can be reused for the next time.
